I don't know if it's different with Redhat (I use Gentoo with kde3.1). What I
do is right click the Kicker and click "Configure Panel", click on the Menus
tab, and at the bottom there is a box that lets you specify the maximum
number of entries. You can also get to this configuration screen from the
control center.
