I have Adobe Exchange which allows the creation of pdf documents and forms.
However, I do not think it allows web enabled features. I belive that
Exchange is a bout $250.00

I am talking from the users perspective. The State of Alaska offers
various services via PDF fill-in forms. the PFD applications and forms
from the Corporations Division, & DMV are some I have used.I use the
Windows version of Acroread to do this, I am sure the software to create
these forms is expensive or more than the 'free beer' of the 'Acrobat
Readers.

I do have a full version of Acrobat 5.0 that I would part with cheaply.
I don't know if it does the online stuff, I only used the printer
driver, now I use OO.org and don't need it.
