exactly like you typed it:

(cd to the directory containing the ISO images,)

$ md5sum *.iso

and it'll print out something like:

d7b16b081c20708dc0dd7d41793a4177 psyche-i386-disc1.iso
2df17bc02cb1b3316930ed4f7601ad9e psyche-i386-disc2.iso

compare that against the corresponding line in the text file.
If they match, you're good to go.
