GnuCash now consists of 900 source files (not counted were: makefiles,
optional dirs, experimental dirs, lib dirs, other misc). These contain
over 300 KLOC of source code. There have been at least 130
developers/patch
submitters/translators, and the app has 21 language translations.
Lead developers contribute approx 10KLOC per person per year (with
clearly large annual and individual variations).
I strongly encourage bottles of champaigne and a victory celebration
for everyone upon completion of 1.8
