I'm trying to figure out how to make a window without any border, or
title. For example, those annoying popup advertisements for movies and such
that are just a picture. Or pictures that move around your screen when you are
trying to read something. How do you make those? I was unable to find any
decent examples of how that works. Nothing that actually explained how to do
it. Does anyone by chance know how to do this?
