Subject: Apache not starting

For some reason my web server suddenly stopped working. Whenever I start it up,
and then check its status I get this:
[root@server01 root]# service httpd status
httpd dead but subsys locked
The logs(./httpd/error_log) always says this:
[Sun Oct 27 16:05:59 2002] [crit] (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could
not bind to port 80
This doesn't make any sense, nothing else should be using port 80 unless it is
simply the dead httpd daemon.
