You would have to add another Virtual Host setup with

<VirtualHost 192.168.0.1>
        DocumentRoot/var/www
        ServerAdmin furbs@swjedi.net
        ServerName www.swjedi.net
        ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /var/www/cgi-bin/
        Options ExecCgi Includes Indexes FollowSymlinks
</VirtualHost>

It will treat the www. as another virtual host. Basically you would have
to setup each Virtual host seperately.
