In RedHat I needed to add "alias ppp-compress-21 bsd_comp" to
/etc/modules.conf

When I connect to the internet using pon I hear the modem dialing and
authenticating and then I get the message:
"modprobe: modprobe: Can't locate module ppp-compress-21
modprobe: modprobe: Can't locate module ppp-compress-21"
I tried "updatedb" and then "locate ppp-compress-21" with no luck....
What should I do?
