Dee,
I noticed your post at the lists for debian a few days back. I am
having the exact same problems and am unable to figure out just what to
install to resolve them. I figured that it would be php4 as well or
even some of the C libraries but nothing seems to have worked despite
days of searching google. If you get a response from the debian list I
sure would appreciate a forward if it solves the mktime problem.
