Butte is on the Old Glenn Highway, about halfway between where it starts
(right before the Knik River bridges) and where it ends at the Palmer
Airport. They must be counting everyone in the whole area, though, because
Butte itself is one flashing yellow traffic light and two cross streets
:-)
