You can use the veto files option in smb.conf to exclude access to those
kinds of files that might continue the virus.
Additionally, if virii are getting in the door through e-mail, you should
consider setting up a procmail or some filter tool and strip e-mail of some
types of attachments. I posted info on this a while back.
