Subject: Boot Issues

I have a pentium board here.....When I tell it to boot from cd first, it
always says "Boot Disk Failure", It won't seek the floppy either. NOw,
if I tell it not to boot from cd, it boots directly from the HDD, and
still no floppy seek. Any ideas?
