I sent this once but I don't think it went through. I am trying to use WineX
and I have it compiled and running rather well. I can install lots of things,
even though lots still don't work. I even installed ICQ, but it doesn't work.
:( But that's okay LICQ works fine. MsPaint works fine too.
Unfortunatly installing games isn't helping much by just taking up space. I
can't get the games to run properly. When I run the glxinfo command I get the
following:
[root@Arcadia root]# glxinfo | grep direct
direct rendering: No
OpenGL renderer string: Mesa GLX Indirect
How do I enbable direct rendering? Could it be a configuration issue with my
video card? I have an ATI Radeon VIVO. RedHat 7.2 has the exact drivers for
it. Any information on OpenGL and Linux would be appreciated.
