I just bought a used Compaq laptop that had Linux on it and won't boot from
a CD-Rom. I would like to load Win98 onto the laptop hard drive using my
desk top computer.
Anyone have any suggestions on converting from the desk top "standard" IDE
pin out to the laptop "mini" IDE cable?
