a few months ago i noticed i wasn't getting messages from the list.
knowing it was unlikely that no one had sent a single email in four
days, i checked my profile and found that the vacation flag had been set
on my account. i fixed it and email resumed as normal, but it's likely
the same thing happened to other accounts...
