It wouldn't be an Optiplex GX150 by any chance would it? I have had a
similar problem with that model where I work on several different
machines. I tried new drivers, flashing the BIOS and everything else I
could think of. Finally, I had Dell ship me new motherboards for each of
the machines and that fixed the problem. These were all Windows 2000
machines BTW.
