That used to be the case, but I changed it recently. The only messages
being submitted by unsubscribed email addresses were from members who
started posting from new email accounts, or had significant problems with
their regular account such that the list software unsubbed them.
I guess if stuff like windows viruses gets posted to the list more
frequently, I have no problems going back to the closed posting policy,
but I may ask one or two of you for help.
