We have ACS DSL at work, and we had serious problems on Wednesday with
the internet being up and down and slow all day. Wasn't at work today,
so I don't know if it is still continuing today.
I have GCI Cable at home, and haven't had any problems, so it appears to
be an (another) ACS-specific problem.
