Subject: problem wit dselect/dpkg

hey all... its me again ..the felonious_drunk.. anywayz .. im tried using dselect and apt-get to install some packages.. problem is they failed to install Xserver-rage128, xserver-sis (tried to install them on accident, dont ask)..well the problem ios it didnt install all the way well now i cant remove it
it keeps sayin its not there.. ive tried apt-get --remove Xserver-rage128 .. blah blah .. and ive tried it thru dselect and it all says there is no Xserver ... im lost here.. and the big problem is.. the fact i can apt-get anything new until these go away cause it causes an error and wont finish the install of the other packages...
