Subject: dselect apt-get

ok .. how do i rebuild the list of sources when i use dselect wit apt-get .. i screwed the file up and i was wondering is there a place where i can see all the choices for servers ftp, http or otherwise... when i installed it had a huge lists but i cant get the list back up from any where....
