Hi Mike, CaptKrk here. I'm wondering if you know
someone who can help me install this modem driver. I
figure it will take a hour, maybe two. I have what I
need on floppy, and I've saved it to root as well. I
just don't have the know-how to compile the thing.
I've checked all the docs and I'm certain the driver
will work because the modem has the right
chipset...etc...
I also need a little instruction as to turning off my
ethernet dev if I want to run the modem, and then
turning off the modem if I want to run the ethernet. I
figure that will take ten minutes or so.
I'm willing to pay somebody up to about $20 an hour to
help me out, and I can afford about a hundred dollars,
I figure, for the help and additional instruction. I'm
running the RH7.2 distro you helped me install.
