Looks to me like Netscape is doing a reverse DNS on your domain name.
When it sees messages from mail.enderakonline.com it looks up the IP
address and finds 118-11-237-24-cable.anchorageak.net instead. So
something funny is going on, and they bounce it.

I'm in the same boat, but I haven't tried sending to Netscape addresses.
Mail.com is also hard to send to, but they don't do reverse DNS. Talk to
GCI and see if they'll set up a reverse DNS for you. (And then tell me
who you talked to so I can get them to do it for me.)

Cheers,

James
