I got it working! First thing i tried even, via ssh (thanks Justin)
All I did was disable that COM2 we added in the BIOS
and changed the COM1 settings in the dosemu.conf from COM1 "ttyS01 irq3" to
"ttyS0 irq 3"

God, I feel like suck a geek right now....
