It looks like you've got a Cw line for your domain in there, so that's
good. I'm not sure about the Smart Relay Host line--normally you'd
have that enabled on smaller departmental mail servers that always send
outgoing mail through a large, central mail hub. Try commenting that out
and restart sendmail and see what that does.
