IPFW or IPFilter on FreeBSD?

I'm setting up my first firewall on a FreeBSD box, and I was hoping some
of you FreeBSD zealots could help me out. :-)

The big thing that's confusing me is whether I should use ipfilter+ipnat
or ipfw+natd. Are there any compelling reasons that I should choose one
over the other?
