Some MBs have BIOS limitations that may prevent you from going completely
headless. You'll want to disable halt on errors, if possible, and even then
you may have to leave a video card in it. Check your MB docs for specifics.

The only other thing to remember is to turn on (a)getty on your serial ports
as a fail-safe.
