Subject: Libs

Ok, this is going to sound really stupid :}
But I am trying to install a program and it's saying that
I need to have libglade-0.11 or higher installed. Now, the
stupid part is this. Where can I go to d/l new libs at? Or
would I basically have to d/l something that would have it as
part of it's install?
