Does anyone know of a HTML composer (pref a WYSIWYG) that produces
verifiable HTML 4.01 Transitional (http://validator.w3.org/) code?

I was going through and trying to manually edit all my HTML to bring it up
to spec, but I've realized this would probably take a month or more to
accomplish.
