I had some help setting my mail server up, but it did seem painless. Mike is
right on with his comments.
I am not using it fully as it's set up as an emergency server only.

Postfix makes this so easy it's not even funny. Check out the docs on
www.postfix.org--you'll want to pay particular attention to the stuff on
virtual address mapping.
