[aklug] End of an era

Hello friends,

I have completed the transition from Mike. With Mike’s help it was a simple
task.

I am here to help you all and support you in any way I possibly can. The
website and list should now go on as desired.

If anyone is interested in events that we could show up to to grow our
community members back into action and active discussions I am looking to
see where we can coordinate more activities. I am eager to plan to succeed.

I wish the very best to Mike Barsalou for his lifetime dedication to the
aklug community. He inspired me as a young man early in my career working
with GNU/Linux as a software engineer; I was driven to do more than
expected and break ground on the future. I still remember the aklug
meetings fondly.

Feel free to chime in on the list what you want to do in the aklug today to
help it grow. I would love to help in any way I can.
