fq_codel is decent, but has a severe cpu hit.

Dave Taht has been working with me and others to convince one vendor in
particular (Ubiquiti) to add support in more of their products. He was
able to get through to the edgerouter team, which, if you haven't played
with it, is a pretty awesome system. It's basically a debian system with
a modified vyatta cli on top of it, and all of the good things that
brings. They also added DPI in the newest version, but I'm not sure if
they are using the procera engine, IPOQUE's PACE engine, 6wind, etc...
they have to be getting those layer7 signatures from somewhere.

Anyway, if you get a chance to mess with "CAKE", it is the replacement
for fq_codel.
