[aklug] OFFTOPIC: ACS email delay

We use GCI at AMIPA - and some of my colleagues use GCI. It's not
uncommon that I receive an email sent from a GCI account 2, 3 or even 12
hours after it was initiated. This has been an ongoing problem for the
past year.
