They got dinged in the UK for doing the same thing in Ireland. But,
taxation is one of my pet peeves, anyway. It's unfortunate that wealthy
entities can afford to be infinitely more creative than us little guys, but
it doesn't change the fact that governments world wide get more taxes than
they deserve. There's no better way to ensure that you get the absolute
least return on your dollars than to let the government spend it for you.
