[aklug] Firefox 19.0: Native PDF Viewer

Thought I'd mention... I just installed Firefox 19.0, and it looks like
Firefox finally implemented a native PDF viewer. Looks nice and seems to
have all the standard functionality: thumbnail and outline mode,
automatic and manual zoom, print button, download button, and so forth.
