Services themselves aren't that complicated, I agree, particularly for a
linux-only shop.

Anyone else needs to be prepared to block SMTP network-wide, except for
your designated senders, at least anywhere you have Windows machines and/or
open WiFi. Otherwise you're almost certain to get stuck on sender block
lists due to spambots. (And forget about trying to host email without a
static IP, for the same reason; other clients will have poisoned the block.)
