It's even worse than that. SCADA devices have hundreds of
publicly known vulnerabilities that the manufacturers and/or
utilities refuse to patch.

I can't understand why anyone who suggests attaching any
mission-critical system to the Internet isn't immediately
pummeled into either sanity or a coma. More people should
understand that national defense includes making ourselves
less vulnerable.
