I did use the PERL5LIB variable.
But still a problem when running as ./ogg2mp3
which has /usr/bin/perl as the interpreter
So, tried
perl ogg2mp3
(where the system uses /opt/local/bin/perl)
And now all modules are loaded.
Moving right along....
