Tim, seriously. Anchorage is a far most sophisticated place, and I
think you'd be hard pressed to convince anyone there that "the side of
the road" is an official electronics disposal facility.

Well, fine: Apart from Potter's Marsh, which appears to be a popular
place, at least for cars.
