[aklug] WAY off topic: Good Windows help needed cheap.

I went by today to help friends of mine at a non-profit plan their new
office layout (they are losing a lot of space). Their Windows server is
laid out really weird, and I am not too comfortable messing with it.
They have very little money!!!!!

Does anyone know of a Windows admin or service who would be competent to
look at it and make appropriate suggestions? I could do the work. Price
would have to be low, but it could probably be a charitable contribution.
