It has to be the same alleged IP violations Linux has on the Desktop. Novell
signed an agreement with MS, others companies where threatened also, not sure who
succumbed in the pc market, Red Hat indemnified its users etc.
Are the handset vendors the lastest attack vector ? Maybe they should look back a
few years at the pc market.
