Two words: Service contract
Ergo, someone/some vendor to hold accountable when everything comes crashing
down, along with fancy SLAs. While there are certainly some outfits that
will sell you a service contract for open source, they're not nearly as
bountiful as Windows shops.

And I'm writing this on my corporate issued laptop with a "Made for Windows
7" badge that has been downgraded to the corporate-approved Windows 2000
image complete with IE6! Not even allowed to install FF. I wish I was
joking........
