For my last box, I had a very nice Antec 500watt power supply that did
the trick.

Just beware el-cheapo PSUs with high 'wattage' ratings, since they can't
always deliver what they promise. Get a good, name-brand PSU and kiss
all sorts of spooky, random problems goodbye.
