[aklug] booting multiple ISOs from one CD/DVD using GRUB4DOS

A while back on the list, I mentioned a side project to document how to
boot multiple ISOs from one CD/DVD using GRUB4DOS. It looks like the
Pendrive folks have automated it.

I haven't tested it yet, but the automation would be quite
straightforward - prompt user for location of ISO, then modify GRUB4DOS
config to add that file with appropriate boot flags.
