[aklug] 64 bit flags

Dumb question, but do 64-bit flags show up in the /proc/cpuinfo of a 64-bit processor if you are running a 32 bit OS (like a 32-bit rescueCD)? I'd test this out myself, but I needed to know fairly soon and I don't have the CDs/machines handy for the right experiment.
