[aklug] Boot sector program

Any of you ever played around with something like this:

I was reading through my LPI book the other day, and it said that, if you knew how to code it, you could actually store a tiny (and most likely, very limited) OS in your boot sector. It would be interesting, if one had the time, to see how much functionality one could stuff into a single boot sector.
