Right now, it is locked down to MTA's network, since I don't know ACS'
and GCI's network. If I get those (hint, hint, guys) I'll add those to
the list.

I'll drag through various access logs if I can, do a WHOIS on 'em, and
find out the netblock for GCI/ACS/etc. Or I'll just do a search. I only
just got the configs up before I left work.
