The group are opponents to Putin.
Putin is a scary individual and uses tactics like these to stop any dissent.
This has nothing to do with piracy.
Pro Putin groups never are targeted for piracy.\
Besides harassment I feel Putin maybe seizing the computers to find out who
there members are so they can spy and arrest them.
