A difficulty I may have with the Qube Mike left w/ me. It is the
original Qube (2700gw), or close to it. It does not have a serial
terminal port.

I haven't done a whole lot of research yet, but I have found a few
comments about it being difficult (according to some, nearly impossible)
to install a different OS than the original, or an upgrade of same on
the 2700 series Qubes.

The other Qube, the one Mike held out for Royce, is a Qube 2. This has a
serial port and, I believe, a faster processor. Maybe 250MHz. This will
make that one easier to deal with all the way around.
