Bluehost is a great hosting service, for $8 a month. But it's pointless
to ask them any technical/scripting questions, or to expect them to
customize anything for you. They just have too many customers (paying
too little) to give that kind of personal attention.
They have a customer-run forum that sometimes yields good answers. But
since I already have a work-around for my problem, it isn't worth my
time to pursue it any longer.
