Hey, while we are on the subject new PC technology: I noticed that the
new i7 mobile processors have a "Turbo Boost" mode, which allows you to
double the frequency of a core if another core is not in heavy use. I
read online that Turbo Boost mode is Linux compatible, though you have
to do some special set-up.

Just curious if any of you had heard of or played around with that.
